Awards
In 2007 the Missouri Probation and Parole Officers Association established the Officer of the Year Award. The award is to be presented annually to an Officer or Supervisor that exhibits those traits and characteristics which we all strive for; Dedication, Hard Work, Integrity and Perseverance. Nominations can be submitted by any fellow staff member but do have to be signed in order for the Board to obtain follow up information.
Scholarship Opportunities
In 2007 MPPOA decided to establish two scholarships to be awarded on an annual basis. The purpose of the scholarship is to assist officers and their families in their pursuit of a higher education. Scholarship details are included on the application forms. Scholarship recipients will be listed on this page after May 25th, 2008.
