The Missouri Probation & Parole Officer’s Association (MPPOA) is pleased to offer a seminar by Darin Carver, MSW. Mr. Carver is an award winning therapist, consultant, and trainer whose work in the arena of evidence-based practices has brought national attention.  He is currently the Program Administrator of several highly recognized juvenile justice treatment programs within the State of Utah.  His program, Project Empower, was selected to receive the American Probation and Parole 2006 President’s Award.  Darin has published several professional articles on corrections related topics, mental health treatment, and substance abuse issues.
